It’s great news for Diane and Fairway, another example of our desire to have the very best trained staff both in the 
office and out in the field. Our commitment to training and developing our staff remains a crucial part of our culture and our growth strategy, to have another Level 5 qualified member of staff on the team is a great endorsement for our commitment to quality and expertise.
Diane commented “Completing my Level 5 in Health and Social Care alongside working, has improved my confidence and grow within my job role at Fairway Homecare. I have completed my qualification and also completed my Registered Manager process successfully CQC.

Diane has worked hard to achieve her qualification in order that she can flourish in her recently appointed new role as Registered Care Manager. We have exciting plans ahead as we continue to provide the very best and well trained care staff in the area.
