Meet Martin, National Training Manager for Fairway Training
Martin Andrews has joined the Fairway team as National Training Manager. Martin has been working within the health 
and social care sector for over 18 years, during this time he has held a number of different roles from managing services under residential, supported housing, domiciliary care and supported living. Over the past 15 years as part of the roles he has held have also been involved in learning & development for health and social care staff for the organisations he worked for.
