Andy said, “I would have liked to have made the finals and I ran the second fastest time I have ever run but it wasn’t enough unfortunately. It was a fantastic experience and made me a better athlete.”

Andy then had 5 weeks warm weather training in Orlando Florida and returned to the UK at the end of April. Since then he has had 6 races (2 in France), and he is currently ranked 9th in the country at 100m and 1st over 150m. Andy said, “It’s all about peaking for the UK Championships and Olympic trials in Birmingham. I would like to thank everyone at Fairway Homecare for all there help so far it really makes a difference. I have actually bought some new running spikes with the May payment as my old pair were well past their sell by date.”
