Fairway Forget-Me-Nots The Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk 2013 Cannon Hill Park
The Fairway Forget-Me-Not’s (Gillian Simpson, Laura Leeson, Fiona Trenchard-Davies) took part in this year’s Memory Walk raising funds for The Alzheimer’s Society. The main event was a sponsored 1k or 5k walk through the scenic route of Cannon Hill Park, Birmingham with doggies in tow!
The event included a balloon launch, craft and fete style stalls, live entertainment with the West Midlands Fire Service band and a DJ. All proceeds from the event go to the Alzheimer’s Society in joining the fight against dementia.
