Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges carers face and recognise
the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK.
The campaign is brought to life by thousands of individuals and organisations who come together to organise activities and events throughout the UK, drawing attention to just how important caring is.
This Carers Week we presented Farhia with a bouquet of flowers, shopping vouchers and the Employee of the Month award. Farhia is always keen to picks up shifts, will always offer cover on her days off and stays over at shifts to make sure that clients have suitable cover. She never has a problem with going the extra mile, always gets great feedback too and never complains. Farhia is an asset to the Fairway team.
